Confirm and cancel
How the card works, which words confirm, and how long you have.
Every trade stops at a card. Mage sends the card, then waits. Nothing moves until you send a word back.
The card and the line under it
The card is a picture. It is not a button. You cannot tap it.
Under the picture, Mage sends the same ask as text:
That text bubble is the real ask. If the picture does not load, the text still works, and your "yes" still runs the trade. If Mage cannot draw the card at all, it sends the numbers as text instead.
Words that confirm
Send one of these words:
yes y yeah yep yup ye ya yea ok okay k kk sure bet aight fine confirm do it send it go lets go lfg
Capital letters do not matter. Spaces before or after the word do not matter.
The list is wide. With a card open, ok and k and bet all run the trade. Read the card before you reply.
Words that cancel
Send one of these words:
no n nah cancel stop nevermind nvm nope dont don't
Mage replies with one line:
Nothing is signed. Nothing leaves your wallet.
Send the word by itself
Mage matches the whole message. yes confirms. yes please does not, and yes! does not. Mage answers the message instead of running the trade, and the card stays open. Send the word on its own to confirm.
A question does not cancel the card
You can ask something while a card is open. The card stays parked, and a later "yes" still works.
Mage answers side questions in its own words. Only the confirm words and the cancel words change the state of the card.
How long you have
The card lasts about 5 minutes. After that it expires, and a "yes" does nothing. Ask for the trade again to get a fresh card.
The price behind the card runs on a different clock. Mage holds a quoted price for 120 seconds. After 120 seconds, Mage reads the price again before it draws the card. This applies to a perp, a perps top-up, a perps withdrawal, and a send. A bridge card and a swap card are quoted fresh every time.
When you say "yes", Mage checks the numbers again with plain code: your wallet, your balance, your holding, and every guard. If a check fails, Mage cancels and tells you why.
A tapback is not a yes
A heart, a thumbs-up, or any other tapback on the card does nothing. Mage reads words only. Send the word as a message.
One card at a time
You have one open card at a time. If you ask for another trade while a card is open, the new card replaces the old one. Your next "yes" applies to the new card.
The ask, by trade type
The numbers and the ticker change. The words around them do not.

|---|---|
| Buy a Solana token | ๐ฐ BUY 0.5 SOL of BONK? |
| Sell a Solana token | ๐ธ SELL 50% of BONK? |
| Buy a memecoin | ๐ฆ APE $25 into CATE (Robinhood Chain)? |
| Sell a memecoin | ๐ธ SELL 50% of your CATE (Robinhood Chain)? |

| Withdraw from perps | ๐ฆ WITHDRAW $25 from perps โบ USDG on Robinhood Chain? |
| Send | ๐ค SEND 0.05 ETH on base to <the address you pasted>? |
| Bridge | ๐ BRIDGE 0.1 from sol to robinhood via Relay? |
| Swap | ๐ SWAP 5 on robinhood via Relay? |
A memecoin line names the chain that fills it: (Robinhood Chain) or (Base). A send line carries the full destination address. Mage never shortens it.
Every line ends with Reply yes to confirm or no to cancel.
When a buy needs money moved first, Mage adds one sentence to the same line, for example I'll bridge 25.00 USDG ยท Robinhood first, then the buy runs automatically. That is still one card and one "yes" for both steps.

On a perp open, the Est. liquidation row reads None when your collateral fully backs the position.
On a perps withdrawal, the Fees row shows the total, then splits it into the Lighter fee plus the bridge fee. Read that row before you confirm.
On a send, the card flags a first send to an address, a destination that is a contract, and a recipient who is a Mage user. See Send crypto out for the exact words.
